I offer Professional Breathwork & Reiki Sessions from 45 to 90 minutes
(In person & online / one-on-one or in groups)
Breathwork Discovery Session (online / one-on-one) 1 hour

During this session I will share with you a powerful Breathwork pattern that will guide you to the depths of your intuition and body. This is a rhythmic breath pattern ( half inhale in the belly, followed by a half inhale in the upper lungs finishing in a relaxed exhale, all through the mouth) that will allow you to tap into your inner wisdom and expand your consciousness. We will have the time to have a little chat prior the breathing so that you can get the maximum out of this wonderful practice. We will end with a few minutes of grounding / relaxation. I will play music throughout the practice so you are welcome to grab a speaker or headphones. This breathwork practice is done lying down on your back (spine straight, no pillow under the head), so grab a yoga / fitness mat, a blanket and props so you can make yourself comfortable ( eye pillow, something for under your knees / legs if you wish, light a candle, tone down the lights etc.)
Reiki Session (online / one-on-one) 1 hour

I had the great pleasure of learning Reiki I and Reiki II in Sweden with an amazing teacher and my mind was blown away by this amazing healing modality. The best way I can describe Reiki is a higher frequency which gently pushes out what is not aligned with your true Self. This Reiki session is meant to be a distance session that can be done from the comfort of your home so grab a blanket, dim the lights down, lie down and make yourself comfortable.
Breathwok Deepening Session (online / one-on-one) 90 Minutes

In this session we will have the occasion to have a longer chat in order to focus on a clear thematic / intention. In addition, I will use both Reiki and Breathwork together to offer extra support: you will get the depths of breathwork with the soothing effect of Reiki. Both modalities will allow you to dive deep into the wisdom of your own body and surf on the wave of your breath to discover a bit more about your true Self. Similarly to the two other practices above, this one is also done lying down on your back (on a yoga mat or on a couch) so grab anything that will make this session as comfortable as possible ( blanket, props, eye pillow or scarf, ect.). I will play some music so you may also want to grab a speaker of earphones. You can deepen your practice by bringing any accessories that will support your practice: crystals, stones, essential oils and you can even create an altar for the occasion!
Group Breathwork (virtual / in person)

Breathing with a community of other humans has always been so enriching for me on many different levels. It can be with strangers you have never met, with your corporate team, with like-minded people with a clear intention or even with your family. Breathwork helps to clear the air, reconcile and allow for a greater depth and flow.
