Back to the Source with Guided Remembrance by Mark Silver (Editor's Note: I have known Mark for a long time and I have taken part in several of his courses. This time of year is often full of extreme busy-ness. Either the crazy busy that comes with trying to tie up all the loose ends from the year, or the anxiousness that swells from trying to get a head start on the next year. Or both.
 
At the same time, it seems as if something else is calling to our hearts. Spaciousness. Integration. Silence. Connection.
 
Instead of an article, here are two guided Remembrances. Remembrance is an ancient Sufi practice of connecting to your heart, which is fully explained in Getting to the Core of Your Business. It might be helpful to read it first if you haven't.
 
But you don't have to. You can just jump into these recordings.
 
And here's something I always find useful: if I think I don't have five to ten minutes to rest into my heart, then I really need to take the time to do it.
The first recording is a basic settling into Remembrance.

The second one is to help you bow to the heart of your business, so you can really hear what it has to say to you.

Enjoy. Download them, and put them in your mp3 player. Use them whenever you need to reconnect to your own heart and the heart of your business. There is so much wisdom there waiting for you.
