As this week's meditation tip we'd
like to share with you the words of our beloved teacher OSHO, who did everything he could to de-mystify
meditation and make it accessible to modern men and women in the form
of Active Meditation. Just by reflecting on these words a seed can be
planted in your being:
"If we can de-automize
our activities, then the whole life
becomes a meditation. Then any small thing, taking a shower, eating your
food, talking to your friend, becomes meditation. Meditation is a quality; it
can be brought to anything. It is not a specific act. People think that
way, they think meditation is a specific act-when you sit facing the East,
you repeat certain mantras, you burn some incense, you do this and that in
a particular time in a particular way with a particular gesture. They are
all ways to automize it and meditation is against
automatization. So if you can keep alert, any
activity is meditation; any movement will help you
immensely."
OSHO, from "Meditation-The First and Last Freedom"
This Fall we start
our BioDynamic Breathwork Practitioner Training.
This is a
life-changing opportunity for you to break free from patterns that no
longer serve you, deepen your meditation and self knowledge, and acquire
powerful tools for supporting others on their path.
We will
also be having a 3 day Rebirthing
Breath Intensive workshop Sept 25, 26,27, as an
introduction to the Breath Training. Give yourself this
opportunity to journey deep within!
In love and learning,
